“He said that he does think that Carter has GVHD of the skin. He said that the problem is that the reason they are so cautious and wants to treat it with any new problem, is that GVHD of the skin can spread to other organs…”

“This morning however, he got up and was crying in extreme pain even though he had taken his pain meds a couple of times during the night. This is the worst I have seen him since his pain at diagnoses.”

“Isaiah is a 6 yr old. little boy that has just been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He stopped breathing on Friday night and has been unresponsive ever since.”

“Tyler leg surgery is on the 8th of September.”

“Mackenzie will have a needle biopsy to her lungs to determine if the nodules are truly cancer. She will be admitted on Tuesday and will have the biopsy on Wednesday.”

“David’s fevers seem to be picking up now...they are coming about every other day ranging from 101-105. his lesions are back on his hip and now a new one on the back of his neck near the back of his head.”

“our BIG DAY is Wednesday, when the FISH and flow tests will be back. I have been a nervous wreck...waiting for the results is harder than the test itself.”

“We are anxious to arrive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital…Tomorrow we leave around 10am to take a medical flight to Cincinnati.”

“MIBG injection, tomorrow will be the MIBG scan and then Thursday he will have bone marrow biopsies and we will meet with Dr Maris to go over the results. To say I am nervous about these scans is a huge understatement.”
