Thank you so much for looking into "adopting" a family. Your encouragment and support to these families means so much. Our mission is to provide support through prayer, encouraging words, or just a quick hello to families in their guestbooks.

With the Adopt-A-Family program, you are assigned a family to "adopt" for prayer and support. What does "adopting a family" involve? You will be responsible to follow your family's story and get to know them through their website. We encourage you to sign their guestbooks and let them know you are thinking about them and praying for them, and maybe leave them an encouraging Bible verse to lift them up.

Currently, we have well over 1,200 Prayer Team Members and almost 900 "Adopted Families." However, we also have many children who need to be adopted. If you feel a call on your heart to join, please know that you truly WILL be making a difference in the lives of a child and his/her family. We hear many testimonies from people who truly look forward to reading the messages left for them in their guestbooks. As Cole's parents, we know the guestbook helped us when we were the ones sitting on the side of Cole's bed, holding onto his every breath.

"I received my adopted family today and just am totally amazed at how God works. He is so Awesome. Not only do I share a first name with this little girl but her birthday is my wedding anniversary. We just celebrated 20 years of God's blessings on our family with four additional blessings of our children. As a mom, my heart goes out to these families as they struggle with this evil of childhood cancers. I will continue to pray for Cole's Foundation as we reach out to these families. May God be with you throughout this journey in honor of your son and continue to grow."
